Document Categories and Folders

ProgenyES now supports categorization and folder hierarchies for documents. This feature allows users to organize documents into custom folders, streamlining workflows and enabling filtering by specific categories.

Active Directory Account Enforcement

Active Directory (AD) accounts linked to user logins can now be used to control access. This feature ensures that only authorized users can log in while a specific AD account is active on Windows, providing an extra layer of security.

Linked Individual UDF

Users can now link individual records to other individual records through user-definable fields (UDFs).

Image Capture Improvements

The image capture process has been optimized to reduce device scanning and checking, improving workflow efficiency, especially for systems with multiple devices.

Printer Handling Improvements

The printer caching and handling process has been refined, minimizing device scanning and checking, thus enhancing the experience of creating reports and printing cards.

Additional General Improvements

The entire software has undergone a thorough review to enhance its effectiveness and reliability.
